The Problem

It is hard to think of a healthy drink you can buy in the store: most are loaded with sugar, caffeine, or alcohol.  American food is becoming more and more processed and filed with preservatives and artificial sweeteners.  The food we think of as healthy often is often deficient in flavor.  With skyrocketing obesity, it is hard to be hopeful about our health.

The Solution

Many of the highly processed but tasty foods and drinks we consume today grew out of healthy home made foods.  Unfortunately, their healthiness was lost somewhere on the factory floor and our great grandmothers took many of those secrets to their graves.

Fortunately, most traditional and healthy foods do not require a childhood spent in the kitchen.  Most of our sodas, breads, and condiments can be made very easily in your home.

Natural-Fermentation.com will show you how to make many of traditional fermented recipes.  I have written recipes and made demonstration videos so that you can make these foods as well.
